Using this website

This notice describes how artifactory.tech works: the contact form, browser preferences and technical requests handled by the hosting infrastructure.

Form enquiries

When you select Send enquiry, your email address, message, enquiry type and optional name, organization and service or project context are sent to the shared THREESIXTY enquiry service. It stores them in the enquiry inbox, labelled Artifactory, to support handling and responding to your request. Confirmation appears only after the message has been saved. The form does not send an automatic confirmation email.

Data in your browser

Unsent form contents stay in the current page’s memory. The site does not save them in cookies or localStorage or include them in URLs. Refreshing the page may clear them. Your chosen light or dark theme is saved in localStorage; that preference contains no enquiry contents. The preview edition only prepares text for copying into your email app.

Hosting and technical data

The website uses Cloudflare for HTTPS and to deliver traffic to a server managed through Coolify. Infrastructure providers handle technical request data, including IP addresses and browser information. Security features may use necessary cookies. The website code includes no analytics, advertising or external embeds; fonts and artwork are served from this site. Request limits use short-lived technical identifiers held in server memory. Form contents are not sent to analytics or written to application logs.

Questions about your message and data

Contact info@artifactory.tech with questions about an enquiry you have sent or to request its deletion. Direct email is handled by email providers separately from the contact form. Please avoid confidential information and health data in your initial enquiry.
